Talent Pool Database

Our company's goal is to assist employers and potential employees in finding suitable matches. To accomplish this, Atlas Source allows our customers (employers and recruiters) to search for and identify candidates who meet their hiring requirements. Our platform also helps individuals listed on our system discover new job opportunities. When employers search for candidates with specific skills and expertise, our system notifies individuals who match the search criteria, providing them with exciting job opportunities that align with their professional abilities and interests.

Atlas Source does not collect user data through our website. Instead, we employ deep-search technologies to continuously gather information from public websites and integrate it into our service. Through these sources, we collect personal data, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, city or region, educational background, career history, social profile pictures, social profile links, and professional skills.

We understand that you may wish to exercise your right to have your personal data removed from our database, even if it is in pseudonymized form. As such, we are committed to respecting your privacy and will promptly delete your data from our services upon your request.
